I'd promised myself no more journals 'til I had something to show for time spent.... or something along those lines. And I wrote and deleted various moans and rants regarding my final year of uni, since my last journal entry.

The road was tough with various evil, spiked pot holes, but now I can say: WOOOO!!!!! Prayers worked for me and God came through at the right time.

Because yours truely is graduating from university this year! With pretty decent grades. ^^ Just waiting for the offical documents to come out but I was sneakily totting up and calculating grades as I went. As I predicted the english/writer side of my degree has the strongest grades. My other subject was meh okay I guess. I gave it my best and worked hard and feel I've earned my stripes. I'm happy!

So, I can take a bit of a breather now... kinda Haven't had a holiday since summer 2008 >_< part of me wishes I could regress to the holidays of childhood where you had no responsibilities or worries, but alas, I'm an adult so I have to get used to this whole "holiday with stuff to do" malarky. The hunt is on for a job! And my goodness is it hard at the moment with the way things are economically, etc.

To-do list:
(in no particular order)
-take over most household duties x_x
-cook for the family more regularly x_x
-find a job despite the current economic climate x_x
-relax!
-start writing my first proper novel >_<

I'm scared to death of that last point. I have plenty of notes but can't seem to pull myself together to actually make a concrete start on the prologue or chapter 1 I probably won't be posting my novel-writing up for various personal and security reasons. But may get various writer friends to help me out in times of befuddlement.

So yes, just thought that I'd bring everyone up to speed as I hadn't posted in a while. Hope all is going okay for you guys. Stay strong and stay safe!

p.s. My goodness do I need a job! x_x God provides so I'm not worried at this present time about it. But I'm searching like crazy. ^^ Once I get a job the 'to-do list' will be lengthened to include shopping for much-needed clothes, musical instruments and various bits 'n' bobs to get me started in my post-student life.
